Because this unit is constructed from pre-cast concrete, it's designed to withstand the weather elements. The propane tank can be housed in the pedestal. It can run on natural gas or propane. With an output of 32,000 BTUs, it's sure to warm up your night. Watch the flames dance upon the media of your choice - add a log set, lava rock or fireglass. Instruction Manual Media not included: Requires 20 lbs of of Glass Media OR 15 lbs of Lava Granules/Coals. Secondary options such as volcanic stone / river stone / geo shapes / glass nuggets (purchased separately) may also be placed on top of the lava or glass media.
