With the Alfa BBQ 500, your Alfa pizza oven can be transformed into a barbeque with sufficient power and control to cook food over coals or fire to a temperature of 930°F. By just moving the dishes, you may use the rotational steel grill to observe how the food is cooking. A steel baking pan that comes with the set is meant to catch embers and drain fat during cooking. contains stainless steel tongs as well, so you may turn the grill grate while the oven is on.
