Our T30 has an hour gas flow timer kit and an all-aluminum housing. Property managers and communal properties won't have to worry about grills left on for extended periods of time. The gas supply is only turned off for a maximum of one hour by the T30's built-in gas flow timer.

An automated one-hour gas flow timer on our T30 industrial grill turns off the gas automatically after an hour of inactivity.
